He reported that there is still a question as to <br />who would pay the $100D price of the house, the moving <br />costs, the setting up costs, and who would accept the <br />responsibilities for it once it is on the property. He felt <br />that there were a lot of questions and gray areas that need <br />to be cleared up, and all he is asking the Commission today <br />is for approval to work with staff and ask Attorney <br />Brandenburg to find out just what we can or cannot do with <br />the property. He would also like staff to get some rough <br />estimates of the costs that would be involved and develop <br />some background information on this before bringing it back <br />to the Commission later on. <br />Commissioner Lyons felt that would be acceptable as <br />long as it does not take away from our priorities, and <br />Chairman Bird agreed the timing was bad as far as funding <br />goes. <br />It was decided that a Motion was not necessary. <br />REPORT - MENTAL HEALTH DISTRICT #9 MEETING <br />Commissioner Wodtke reported on the progress of the <br />special task force in regard to the District #9 Mental <br />Health Board and urged the Commissioners to read their copy <br />of Indian River County Mental Health Center, Inc. Analysis <br />and Recommendations Concerning The District#9 Mental Health <br />Plan and Staff Rebuttal, dated July 22, 1983. <br />At their last meeting, the task force agreed to require <br />certain modifications in the District Plan: On Page 3 of <br />the Analysis, there were 6 modifications that they felt <br />quite strongly about. In addition, on Page 4 of the <br />Analysis, there are 6 additional items that they feel they <br />might not have the right to require changes. However, they <br />will be submitted. He reported that basically they have <br />adopted these changes that will go back to the various <br />63 <br />
