OCT 19 1993 5 5ray <br />A Motion by Commissioner Wodtke that the Board approve <br />the renewal application for Lawrence A. Ramsey died for lack <br />of a second. <br />Chairman Bird explained to Mr. Ramsey that it appears <br />that the permit application has been denied due to a lack of <br />a second to the Motion for approval. He asked Mr. Ramsey if <br />he wished to be heard on this matter, and Mr. Ramsey <br />declined comment. <br />.CONSENT AGENDA <br />Commissioner Scurlock requested Items A, B & F be <br />removed from the Consent Agenda at this time to allow <br />discussion. <br />A.
