Koehler, President of the Vero Beach -Indian <br />River County Board of Realtors, addressed the Board in <br />regard to House Bill 47B which addresses -the use of wells <br />and septic tanks, and which the realtors feel is too <br />restrictive in regard to the size of houses that can be <br />built on these lots. He emphasized that the availability of <br />water and utility service will determine the future growth <br />of Indian River County.
