<br />The Board of County Commissioners thereupon recessed at
<br />12:00 Noon and reconvened at 1:30 P.M. with the same members
<br />present, Chairman Bird and Attorney Brandenburg being in New
<br />York City at a bond closing, and Commissioner Wodtke having
<br />been called out of the meeting due to illness in his family.
<br />Vice Chairman Scurlock reconvened the meeting.
