opinion of Lessor and if such failure is not corrected within <br />fourteen (14) days after such notice then this lease shall auto- <br />matically terminate. <br />9. The Lessee shall on or before February 1st of each <br />year during the term of this lease submit to Lessor an itemized <br />report of its operations. <br />10.
