Contrelle,Restdents and owners of pro- <br />perty located at 13155 Indian River Dr.Sebastton, Fla. (Approx. <br />20CI north of property on this agenda) would like to certify <br />that we have no objections on the upgrading of the zoning of <br />said property to R2B <br />S t dimond, <br />eed, <br />4,1Cantre11e <br />Ruth P Cantrelle <br />Notary Public State of Florida at Largo <br />My Commission Expires Sept. 9,1984, <br />Miss Ryall emphasized that Mr. Waddell would not sell <br />this land to any out -of -stater who might develop it in a way <br />he felt would not be beneficial for the area. She pointed <br />out that they could have built a resort area under the C-1 <br />zoning, and they have had three offers. They have an offer <br />now, however, from Mr. Strnad, and they believe what he is <br />planning will keep the river beautiful, will set a precedent <br />for the development of the area, and there won't be any high <br />rises. <br />Commissioner Bowman asked if what is planned will be a <br />time sharing development, and Miss Ryall emphasized that it <br />will not; it will be high quality low density housing, and <br />homes anyone would be proud to live near. <br />29 <br />FEB 2 2 1984 Book 56 -PAcE 229' <br />
