I <br />WFiERF.AS, after examination of the nature and anticipated <br />usage of the proposed improvements, the Board of County Commissioners has <br />determined that the following described properties shall receivea direct <br />and special benefit from these improvements, to wit: <br />Lots 1 - 27, Block H; as shown on the Plat of Indian River <br />Heights Subdivision, Unit 8, Plat Book 7 Page 31 of Public <br />Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY,. FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1. The foregoing recitals are affirmed and ratified in_ <br />their entirety. <br />2. A project providing for additional paving improvements <br />to 11th Avenue, between 2nd Street and the South Relief Canal, heretofore <br />designated as Public Works Project No. 8227, is hereby approved subject to <br />the terms outlined above and all applicable requirements of Ordinance <br />81-27. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Wo d t k e Who moved its adoption.
