<br />NOTICE — PUBLIC HEARING
<br />TO AMEND THE COMPREHENSIVE
<br />LAND USE PLAN
<br />This is a notice of a hearing to consider the
<br />adoption of a County Ordinance to amend the
<br />Comprehensive Plan by redesignating land from:
<br />RR -1, Rural Residential 1 (up to .4
<br />units/acre), to LD -1, Low -Density Resi-
<br />dential 1 (up to 3 units/acre). The sub-
<br />ject property presently owned by John
<br />M. Luther is located 1/. mile west of 74th
<br />Avenue, north of 12th Street and % mile
<br />east of 82nd Avenue (C.R. 609) south of
<br />16th Street.
<br />The subject property is described as:
<br />Tract 3, less the North 30 feet thereof;
<br />Tract 6, less the West 17.60 acres; Tract
<br />7; West 5 acres of Tract 8, all in Section
<br />12, Township 33 South, Range 38 East,
<br />Iaccording to last general plat of lands of
<br />Indian River Farms Company, filed in the
<br />office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
<br />St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 2,
<br />page 25. Said land now lying and being
<br />in Indian River County, Florida.
<br />A public hearing at which parties in interest
<br />and citizens shall have an opportunity to be
<br />heard, will be held by the Board of County Com-
<br />missioners of Indian River County, Florida, in the
<br />County Commission Chambers of the County
<br />Administration Building, located at 1840 25th
<br />Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Wednesday, April
<br />4, 1984, at 9:30 A.M.
<br />If any person decides to appeal any decision
<br />made on the above matter, he/she will need a
<br />�irecord of the proceedings, and for such pur-
<br />poses, he/she may need to ensure that a verba-
<br />Itim record of the proceedings is made, which in-
<br />cludes testimony and evidence upon which the
<br />appeal is based.
