<br />ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LAND USE
<br />ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
<br />Notice of hearing Initiated by Indian River
<br />;ounty to consider the adoption of a County Or -
<br />fiance amending the Land Use Element of the
<br />3omprehensive Plan by redesignating land from:
<br />LD -1, "Low Density Residential 1 ', (up to
<br />3 uniffi/acre) to LD -2, "Low Density
<br />Residential 2", (up to 6 units/acre). The
<br />subject property Is located west of 78th
<br />Avenue and 110 Street and north of
<br />140th Street Ercildoune Heights SubdM-
<br />sion.
<br />The subject property is described as:
<br />Lots 4 through 15 inclusive; Block A;
<br />Lots 1 through 6Inclusive, Block B; and
<br />Lots 1 through 5 Inclusive, Block C; ER-
<br />CILDOUNE HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION NO.

<br />A public hearing at which parties in interest and
<br />citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard,
<br />will be held by the Board of County Commission-
<br />ers of Indian River County, Florida, In the County
<br />Commission Chambers of the County Adminis-
<br />tration Building, located at 1840 25th Street,
<br />Vero Beach, Flodda, on Wednesday, May 23,
<br />1984, at 9:15 A.M.
<br />If any person decides to appeal any decision
<br />made• on the above matter, he/she will need a
<br />record of the proceedings, and for such pur-
<br />poses, he/she may need to ensure that a verba-
<br />tim record of the proceedings is made, which In-
<br />cludes testimony and evidence upon which the
<br />appeal is based.
