Mr. <br />O'Haire stated that he has supplied staff with a legal <br />description of the property to be deleted. <br />The Chairman determined that no one further wished to <br />be heard. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously <br />(4-0) closed the public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously <br />(4-0) adopted Ordinance 84-34 rezoning acreage <br />on the north side of Wabasso Road between Kings <br />Highway and 66th Avenue to R-1, with the excep- <br />tion of the property described by Attorney O'Haire. <br />44 <br />
