• .146 1 & M A wHEREAs, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as follows: 1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following described property situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: The South 660 feet of the Southwest 1/4 and the South 660 feet of the West l0 acres of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 29, Township 31 South, Range 39 East, Public Records of Indian River County, less and except the West 334 feet of the South 320 feet of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 and right-of- way of C.R. 510 (85th Street) as it now exists. Said land lying and being in Indian River County, Florida. Be changed fran C-1, Commercial District, to R-1, Single - Family District. All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in said Zoning Regulations. Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida on this 6 th day ,of June 1984.
