Mr. Shearer suggested that the new fees go into effect <br />on January 1, 1985, to coincide with the Comp Plan amendment <br />process schedule, and that staff be instructed to go ahead <br />and notify the public of the increased fees. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION, with the <br />inclusion of the January 1, 1985 effective date. <br />The Motion passed by a vote of 4-0, Commissioner <br />Bowman being absent. <br />ACCEPTANCE OF UTILITY EASEMENTS ON 33RD AVENUE & 15TH <br />STREET - TERILIL TERRACE <br />Attorney"Brandenburg explained that this matter had <br />been before the Board earlier with respect to public <br />streets. The matter appears to have been resolved by a <br />cul-de-sac being constructed and the entrance being off of <br />16th Street to the little subdivision. It is now necessary <br />for the County to accept the utilities assessments, which in <br />effect, makes the utility easements the responsibility of <br />the City of Vero Beach to tie that new little subdivision <br />into the City system. He recommended approval. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Lyons, the Board by a 4-0 vote, <br />Commissioner Bowman being absent, adopted <br />Resolution 84-94, accepting certain utility <br />easements on 33rd Avenue and 15th Street located <br />in the Terilil Terrace Subdivision in the City of <br />Vero Beach. <br />M <br />BOOK 8 f�„E 6,� <br />
