PROCLAMATION - LESLYCHTER WATSON <br />BOOK ea� + °.uz �� � <br />Chairman Scurlock read the following proclamation aloud and <br />presented it to Leslychter Watson. <br />P R O C L A M A T I O N <br />WHEREAS, LESLYCHTER WATSON will retire effective <br />the 29th day of November, 1984, as a Motor Equipment Operator I <br />for the Road and Bridge Department of Indian River County, <br />Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, LESLYCHTER WATSON began work with Indian <br />River County Road and Bridge Department on August 16, 1957, and <br />since that time has shown perserverance and loyalty as an <br />employee; and <br />WHEREAS, LESLYCHTER WATSON started employment as <br />a laborer, advanced to truck driver and tractor mower operator, <br />and has diligently worked in that position; and <br />WHEREAS, LESLYCHTER WATSON has had a thorough <br />understanding of the work he performed, and during his time of <br />employment was a very faithful and conscientious employee; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT PROCLAIMED BY THE BOARD <br />OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER 'COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />sitting in Regular Session this 28th day of November, 1984, <br />hereby express their gratitude to LESLYCHTER WATSON for his <br />fine employment record and contribution to Indian River County. <br />DATED this 28th day of November, 1984. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />INDIAN RIV�ER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />By <br />Don C.
