`',CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMANCE AWARD TO FINANCE DEPARTMENT <br />Finance Director Ed Fry displayed the plaque received by the <br />Finance Department for earning the "Certificate of Conformance" <br />awarded by the Government Finance Officers Association after <br />reviewing the County's comprehensive financial report. <br />Chairman Scurlock commended the Finance Department for the <br />long hard hours spent preparing the report and noted that this <br />was the first year the report had been submitted for review. <br />The plaque is displayed in the front lobby of the <br />Administration Building. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Chairman Scurlock asked if there were any additions or <br />corrections to the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of 11/7/84. <br />There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wodtke, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Commissioner Lyons being absent) approved the <br />Minutes of the Regular Meeting of 11/7/84, as <br />written. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Administrator Wright requested that Item D be removed from <br />the Consent Agenda for discussion. <br />9 A.
