BOOK It <br />ORDINANCE NO. 84-89 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, <br />be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in <br />Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Tract 10, and that portion of Tract 9 lying west of the <br />Right -of -Way for Interstate 95 in Section 10, Township <br />33 South, Range 38 East, LESS and EXCEPT, that portion <br />of the south 10 acres of Tract 9 lying west of the Right - <br />of -Way for. Interstate 95, according to the last general <br />plat of the lands of Indian River Farms Company on file <br />in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. <br />Lucie County, Florida, and recorded in Plat Book 2, <br />Page 25, said land now lying and being in Indian River <br />County, Florida. <br />Be changed from A, Agricultural District to R -2D, Multi- <br />ple -Family District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida on this 5th day of December <br />1984. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />BY: i G <br />DON C.
