Commissioner Wodtke entered the meeting at this time (2:30 <br />o'clock P.M.) <br />Administrator Wright advised that we have received a request <br />from the Coast Guard for the Board's comments on the times of <br />openings and closings of the Merrill Barber Bridge. He explained <br />that the second page of the notice contains the restrictions for <br />opening the bridge at peak hours. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board by a vote of 4-0, <br />Chairman Lyons being absent, authorized the Chairman <br />to write a letter to the Coast Guard accepting the <br />amended schedule for openings of the Barber Bridge as <br />set out in the above notice. <br />AGREEMENT FOR PAYMENT OF IMPACT FEES <br />HOME PARK <br />HOLIDAY VILLAGE MOBILE <br />Attorney Brandenburg explained that there is an ordinance <br />coming up very shortly which proposes the extension of payments <br />of water impact fees from three years to five, and recommended <br />that this agreement be approved with the understanding that if <br />the proposed ordinance is adopted that the owner of the subject <br />mobile home park, Adam McGavin, also will be allowed the <br />opportunity to pay the impact fees over a five year period <br />instead of three. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, that the Board approve the <br />Agreement for the Payment of Impact Fees for Holiday <br />Village Mobile Home Park with the understanding that if <br />the County adopts the proposed ordinance extending the <br />payment of impact fees over five years, that the owner <br />of Holiday Village Mobile Home Park will have that same <br />opportunity. <br />53 <br />JAN 2 3 1985 <br />BOOK 59 PAJE 678 <br />
