MAR 2 0 1985 BOOK 60 PA -UF 266 <br />plan and bond a wastewater treatment plant or approved septic <br />system to be utilized in the event the County system does not <br />materialize, and the County agrees not to issue a Certificate of <br />Occupancy for any such developments until the County system is fully <br />permitted and operational or other fully permitted systems are in <br />place <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: <br />1. The foregoing recitals are adopted in full, and <br />2. The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County <br />encourages the Florida Department of Environmental Regulation to <br />cooperate in this necessary endeavor and agrees to hold the <br />Department harmless from responsibility for this process. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Scurlock who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Wodtke and, being put to a vote, the vote <br />was as follows: <br />Chairman Patrick B. Lyons Aye <br />Vice Chairman Don C.
