As you are <br />aware, we have submitted an application for a new permit or <br />modification of permit #310930994 which plans incorporate the <br />placement of the access channel from the existing River Run lake <br />to the off-site channel entirely on the River Run site. No <br />dredging is planned in the Indian River for installation of the <br />project access channel. <br />If you will be in need of any further information in order to <br />process this notice of our decision to abandon implementation of <br />the River Run Condominiums dock project as specifically <br />described in DER Permit 44310930994, please contact me as soon as <br />possible. <br />Sincerely yours, <br />MULLER ENTERPRISES, INC. <br />enry J.
