<br />On May 9, 1985,. the Planning and Zoning
<br />Commission of Indian River County, Florida, sit-
<br />ting as the local planning agency, denied the site

<br />lan application submitted by Mr. Bill Law to
<br />construct a contractor's warehouse facility at
<br />5875 U.S. Highway #1, Vero Beach, Florida. .-
<br />The Indian River County Board of County
<br />Commissioners'will conduct a public hearing re-
<br />garding the appeal by Mr. Bill Law -of the deci-
<br />sion by the Planning and Zoning Commission to
<br />deny the site plan. The public hearing, at which
<br />Parties in interest and citizens shall have an op-
<br />portunityto be heard, will. be held,by said Board
<br />of County Commissionard In the: unty Com-
<br />mission Chambers of the County Administration
<br />Building located at 1840 25th Street, Vero
