Deliverable F: Supplemental Services Report, detailing unanticipated construction costs incurred during storm <br />repair. Pending scopes of work included under this task must be approved by Division staff prior to initiation of <br />work per Agreement paragraph 4B. <br />Total Cost: $1,284,928.50 (DEPARTMENT Cost: $642,464.25). <br />Due Date: January 31, 2018. <br />TASK 4.0 Monitoring <br />Task Description: This task includes a monitoring program conducted in accordance with the requirements <br />specified in any and all permits issued by the DEPARTMENT and the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). <br />A monitoring plan must be submitted and approved in writing by the DEPARTMENT prior to the initiation of <br />monitoring activities. The plan shall be developed in a manner which will coordinate the monitoring activities <br />associated with current shoreline stabilization projects located within or adjacent to the PROJECT area and with <br />the DEPARTMENT's Regional Coastal Monitoring Program. <br />Performance Standard: All deliverables, reports, and monitoring results will be circulated to the DEPARTMENT <br />for review and comment. When the LOCAL SPONSOR receives comments from the DEPARTMENT Project <br />Manager verifying that each deliverable meets the specifications in the Grant Work Plan and this task description <br />and affirming that the deliverable is acceptable, payment will be authorized for that deliverable. <br />4.1 2015 Biological Monitoring <br />Biological monitoring will be conducted in accordance with DEPARTMENT Joint Coastal Permit 0285993, <br />modification 0285993 -008 -JN. Beach turtle monitoring, escarpment monitoring, lighting surveys, in water turtle <br />surveys, nearshore hardbottom monitoring, aerial imagery interpretation, ground trothing and habitat mapping and <br />Uniform Mitigation Assessment Method (UMAM) analysis. <br />Deliverable A: One electronic copy of the 2015 Permit required sea turtle monitoring data in FFWCC format. <br />(EAI WO No. 8). <br />Total Cost: $114,902 (DEPARTMENT Cost: $57,451). <br />Due Date: January 31, 2018. <br />Deliverable B: One electronic copy of the 2015 Inwater turtle monitoring report. (EAI WO No. 8). <br />Total Cost: $11,405 (DEPARTMENT Cost: $5,702.50). <br />Due Date: January 31, 2018. <br />Deliverable C: One electronic copy of the 2015 nearshore hardbottom monitoring and mapping report. <br />(EAI WO No. 8). <br />Total Cost: $157,347 (DEPARTMENT Cost: $78,673.50). <br />Due Date: January 31, 2018. <br />Deliverable D: One electronic copy of the 2015 UMAM Analysis report. (EAI WO No. 8). <br />Total Cost: $6,457 (DEPARTMENT Cost: $3,228.50). <br />Due Date: January 31, 2018. <br />4.2 2015 Physical Monitoring <br />Physical monitoring will be conducted in accordance with DEPARTMENT Joint Coastal Permit 0285993, <br />modification 0285993 -008 -JN. <br />Deliverable A: 2015 Post Construction Physical Monitoring Survey Data (R30 to R60) in DEPARTMENT <br />format.
