At that meeting, the Commission unanimously granted the <br />appeal; -however, the Commission stated that there should be. <br />further discussion concerning the access right-of-way to the <br />property. The Commission directed the Planning Department and <br />the applicant to work out some suitable arrangement concerning <br />this access. <br />I am enclosing a copy of a letter which Mr. Law received from <br />Karen M. Carver, a Staff Planner, stating the requirements for <br />a marginal access easement over the property. This alternative <br />is unacceptable to the applicant. It appears that this issue <br />has come to an impasse between the applicant and the Planning <br />Department; therefore, I would request, on behalf of the <br />applicant, Bill Law, to be placed on the agenda at the <br />Commission's earliest convenience so this matter could be <br />once again aired at a Commission meeting so that it can be <br />resolved.
