Boa 2 PuA'7 <br />Administrator Wright did believe the recommended procedure <br />will work and if it doesn't, the Board always can junk it, <br />appoint a new Environmental Control Officer, and go from there. <br />Commissioner Scurlock continued to recommend that the appeal <br />procedure be directly to the Board, and Attorney Vitunac <br />clarified that this appeal would be just whether to bring the <br />case or not. <br />The Board members agreed, and the Administrator stated he <br />would not have a problem with this. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bowman, to approve the Environmental <br />Control Board procedure with the modification as <br />stated by the Attorney, and approve the appointments <br />recommended by the Medical Society, the Bar Associa- <br />tion and staff. <br />Chairman Lyons clarified that we now are approving the <br />procedure and the appointments of Michael Galanis, Alan <br />Polackwich, Sr., and Dr. Rodger Zwemer, and there are still two <br />appointments remaining to be made. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. <br />It was voted on and carried unanimously. <br />F.
