10. Lessee shall at its option self -insure with respect to the indemnity in paragraph <br />9 above. <br />11. Lessee or its agents shall not be Liable to any loss or damage to any persons <br />or property of lessor resulting from any cause whatsoever. <br />12. This lease shall not be assigned without Lessor's written consent. <br />13. At the termination of this lease.
