For any person choosing to prepare an Individual <br />Assessment, the County shall require the full cost for providing <br />new roads for the land development activity generating traffic. <br />For Districts 1 and 2 on the barrier island, the impact fee <br />Is now based on the traffic generation rate for the multiple -family <br />areas sampled.
