As shown in Table X-5, the cost <br />per VMC for travel within IRC is apjproximately$314. This•average cost per VMC figure is <br />used in the impact fee calculation\to determine the total impact cost per unit of <br />development based/on the vehicle-miles,.of travel consumed.
