Upon <br />determination that all contract specifications have been <br />met, the staff will accept the map and close out the <br />contract. <br />Work Product: Completed County Base Map <br />Estimated Cost: $10,000 <br />Completion Date: August 31, 1986 F <br />II. Existing Land Use Survey <br />Objective: To update the County's existing land use map <br />and to obtain and present existing land use <br />data for the County in graphic and tabular <br />form. <br />Relationship To LGCPLDA: The existing land use survey <br />will provide information required for the <br />preparation of several of the required elements <br />of the comprehensive plan.- Not only will the <br />survey provide necessary background for <br />development of the future land use element, it <br />will also provide data necessary for prepara- <br />tion of the conservation element, traffic <br />circulation element, coastal zone element, as <br />well as most of the other elements required by <br />the LGCPLDA. <br />54 <br />
