<br />RESOLUTION NO. 86-25
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, have been requested to release the
<br />rear lot 10' easement of lots 1, 2, and 3, Block G, Unit 1,
<br />Pine Lake Estates, being the westerly 10 feet thereof, as well
<br />as the rear lot 10 foot easement of lots 10, 11, and 12, Block
<br />G, Unit 31, Pine Lake Estates, being the easterly 10 feet
<br />thereof, according to -the Plat thereof as recorded in Official
<br />Record Book 123, Page 141, of Indian River County, Florida; and
<br />WHEREAS, said lot line -easements were dedicated on
<br />the Plat of the Pine Lake Estates Subdivision, Unit #1 for
<br />public utility purposes; and
<br />WHEREAS, the request for such release of easements
<br />have been submitted in proper form;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
<br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the -
<br />following lot line easements in Pine Lake Estates Subdivision,
<br />Unit #1 shall be released, abandoned and vacated as follows:
<br />The rear lot 10' easement of lots 1, 2, and 3, Block G,
<br />Unit 1, Pine Lake Estates, being the westerly 10 feet
<br />thereof. Further, the rear lot 10 foot easement of Lots
<br />10, 11, and 12, Block G, Unit #1, Pine Lake Estates
<br />Subdivision, being the easterly 10 feet thereof, according
<br />to the Plat thereof as recorded in Official Record Book
<br />123, Page 141, of Indian River County, Florida.
<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and the
<br />Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners be and they hereby
<br />are authorized and directed to execute a release of said lot
<br />line easements hereinabove referred to in form proper for
<br />recording and placing in the Public Records of Indian River
<br />County, Florida.
