BARTON <br />ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF UTILITY SERVICES <br />SUBJECT: SEWER IMPACT FEES FOR COUNTRYSIDE -SOUTH <br />MOBILE HOME PARK (ROUTE 60 ASSESSMENT) <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Countryside -South has reserved 285 sewer taps on the Route <br />60 -Sewer Assessment Roll. They have -been paying off these taps <br />as the mobile home is sold. The monies for these payoffs has <br />been put into the impact fee account because the developer was <br />sending a check for the amount of the impact fee only ($1,250.00) <br />just as he does for his Countryside -North development. I have <br />revised the procedure and spoken to the developer. I have <br />written to him regarding the new procedure, but the oris;_-___ <br />monies have been recorded i^ she wrong account groups within.._-_ <br />Finance Department. They wish the Board of County Commissioners <br />to authorize the transfer to correct the error. <br />ANALYSIS: <br />The amount of funds placed into the impact fee account is <br />$15,000.00 which belongs in the Route 60 Sewer Assessment Fund. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Utility Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners <br />approve the following transfer from the Impact Fee account to the <br />Pcute 60 Sewer Assessment: <br />Accounts Jaccrea`se Decrease <br />472-235-536-099.21 TRANSFER OUT $15,000.00 ----- <br />472-000-343-065.00 IMPACT FEES ----- $15,000.00 <br />Route 60 Sewer AssessmentGrou of Accounts: <br />706-000-381-020.00 TRANSFER IN $15,000.00 <br />706-000-361-011.00 INTEREST ASSESSMENT $300.00 <br />706-000-363-020.00 SEWER ASSESSMENTS $14,700.00 <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously (4-0) <br />approved transfer from the Impact Fee account <br />to the Route 60 Sewer Assessment as set out above. <br />14 <br />� � r <br />
