17JUL 21986 <br />ALTERNATIVES AMID ANnYSIS <br />BOOK 64 PAGE 852 <br />The adjustments to the Traffic Engineering and Engineering positions are <br />justified to resolve increase in responsibility that became necessary as <br />the overall Department responsibilities have increased. The Read and Bridge <br />Department positions are needed to maintain control in the field. Those <br />senior maintenance workers currently at higher pay levels will be <br />designated as crew leaders. <br />It is recommended that the above five positions be adjusted.
