ITEM #5__ Indian River Aerodrome ,Inc., request to_amend _the <br />Comprehensive Plan and rezone 30 acres <br />The Chairman asked if anyone wished to be heard in regard to <br />the above item, and Attorneys O'Haire and Collins again indicated <br />their concurrence with staff's recommendation to redesignate this <br />area to RR -2 and rezone the 30 acres abutting Aerodrome Subdivi- <br />sion from A-1 to RS -1. <br />ITEM #6 - Hilltop Trust request to amend the Comprehensive Plan <br />and to rezone 66.5 acres <br />The Chairman asked if anyone wished to be heard in regard to <br />Item #6, and Attorney O'Haire advised that he agreed with staff's <br />recommendation to rezone the south 16.5 acres proposed to be <br />included in the Oslo Road/74th Ave. commercial/industrial node to <br />CG and to amend the Comprehensive Plan redesignating the north 50 <br />acres of the subject property RR -2 and to rezone same to RS -1. <br />ITEM #7 - Miller & Hamilton request to amend the Comprehensive <br />Plan and to rezone 34 acres to General Commercial <br />Roland Miller came before the Board to appeal the Planning & <br />Zoning Commission's denial of his rezoning request and staff's <br />recommendation of denial as set out in the following memo and <br />map: <br />30 <br />L_ JUL 15 1986 Boos 65 31 <br />
