Hook <br />Department of Community Affairs <br />Bureau of Local Resource Planning <br />2571 Executive Center Circle, East <br />Tallahassee, Florida 32301 <br />Subject: Local Government Comprenensive Plan Documents <br />Dear Mr. Hook: <br />Pursuant to the requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive Planning <br />and Land Development Regulation Act, Chapter 163, Florida Statutes, the <br />Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council reviewed Indian River County land <br />use amendments and the Traffic Circulation Element to the State Department <br />of Community Affairs at its regular meeting on May 16, 1986. <br />The following comments were approved by Council for transmittal to the <br />State Department of Community Affairs pursuant to Sections 163.3184(1)(c) <br />and (2), Florida Statues, for consideration by the County prior to adoption <br />of the document. <br />�= Land Use Element Amendments <br />Evaluation <br />,4 <br />;» The proposed amendments to the Land Use Element have been reviewed in <br />accordance with the requirements of Chapter 163, Florida Statutes, <br />Council's review procedures, and Council's adopted plans and policies. The <br />following comments are offered as a result of that review: <br />The proposed amendments are not in conflict with or <br />inconsistent with adopted council plans or policies. <br />Traffic Circulation Element Amendments <br />Evaluation <br />The proposed amendments to the Traffic Circulation Element have been <br />reviewed in accordance with the requirements of the Chapter 163, 'Florida <br />Statues, Council's review procedures, and Council's adopted plans and <br />policies.
