BOOK 65 P H 4 <br />County may also terminate Administrator at any time for <br />conviction of a felony or other crime involving moral <br />turpitude or for gross or willful dereliction of duty. In <br />this event the County need not pay Administrator <br />compensation past his last day of work. In the event County <br />terminates the employment of Administrator for any reason <br />other than the aforesaid conviction or dereliction, then <br />County shall pay Administrator to the contract termination <br />date and in addition shall pay Administrator not less than <br />one month's pay plus one day's pay for each month worked, <br />the total not to exceed four months. <br />F. Intersection Study - U.S. #1 at Bay Street <br />Committee recommended the following improvements: <br />a. FDOT construct a southbound <br />serve the Roseland Plaza; <br />b. Construct a right -turn lane <br />C. Install pavement markings on <br />approaches. <br />62 <br />left -turn lane to <br />on Bay Street; and <br />the side street. <br />
