L I <br />3. Street Light Requests, 2nd Quarter 1986- <br />Committee recommended that a street light at 43rd Avenue/ <br />SW 1st Street be denied. <br />4. Master Plan for Curb Cut Controls for CR #512 in City of <br />Sebastian <br />Committee recommended the following actions: <br />a. Adopt the Master Plan developed by the City of <br />Sebastian; <br />b. Amend the Master Plan to have temporary driveways per- <br />mitted within 320 feet of major intersections designated <br />as right-'In/right-out access drives; <br />C. Consider a traffic volume threshold when temporary drive- <br />ways will be removed to improve roadway capacity; and <br />d. Have the attorney's office research the County's juris- <br />diction in regulating these driveways. <br />5. Proposed Road Access, Aerodrome Subdivision: <br />Committee recommends that access to the Aerodrome Subdivision <br />from 82nd Avenue, a primary collector, be via SW 5th Street <br />which should be paved and not through a separate private <br />road. <br />6. 43rd Avenue/8th Street Intersection <br />a. Committee recommends that an intersection study be <br />conducted to better document and analyze conditions at <br />the intersection; and <br />b.
