=7/86 UTIL LMA/H <br />RESOLUTION NO. 86-86 <br />WHEREAS, Humana, Inc. d/b/a Humana Hospital Sebastian Water <br />System Franchise has petitioned the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida for a rate schedule; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a duly <br />noticed public hearing on September 30, 1986. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following <br />rate schedule for Humana Hospital Sebastian Water System <br />Franchise is hereby adopted to become effective the 15th day of <br />October, 1986: <br />MONTHLY CHARGES <br />$5.00 PER ERU (0-1000 GAL.) <br />$2.00 BILLING FEE PER MONTH <br />$1.99 PER 1,000 GAL.
