However, the owner has offered the property for sale for <br />$3.6 million, and the State will contribute at least $2.5 <br />million, which is the amount of the appraisal for condemnation. <br />There are some questions concerning the appraisal with regard to <br />.the amount of beachfront footage. The State survey came up with <br />1380 ft. frontage, but the county's appraisal is for 1.460 ft. He <br />recommended that we submit an offer of $2.5 million as he has <br />58 <br />
