She felt at <br />some time we must stop the node movement eastward. <br />Planner Shearer pointed out that staff is recommending the <br />boundary.be set on the east end today and noted that this node <br />already has been enlarged four times. <br />Chairman Scurlock believed the big question concerns the <br />44 <br />
