<br />DESCRIPTION & CONDITIONS
<br />Good Guys Partnership, the owners, are requesting to rezone
<br />approximately 2.75 acres located 600 feet south of State Road 60
<br />and 600 feet east of 82nd Avenue from A-1, Agricultural District,
<br />to CL, Limited Commercial District.
<br />On February 12, 1987, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted
<br />7 -to -0 to recommend approval of this request.
