Under discussion, Director Davis asked if there is any <br />possibility that the County can enter into an agreement with the <br />owner to buy the land over a period of time. <br />Attorney Vitunac advised that there are possibilities, but <br />the problem is that the owner, in effect, would be a holder of <br />revenue bonds and the County could not use ad valorem tax money <br />to pay it off without holding a referendum. <br />r <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. Davis, P.E. , K <br />Public Works Directo <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITION <br />SUBJECT: proposed South County Regional <br />Park Master Plan - North of <br />Oslo Road, East of 20th Avenue <br />REFERENCES: <br />In compliance with the Professional Services Supplemental Agreement #1 <br />between Indian River County and Mayes, Sudderth, and Etheredge, Inc., the <br />Consultant has completed a facility program and Master Plan for the pro- <br />posed South County Regional Park Site. The Consultant has met with the <br />various interested persons in the area, County staff, and the Parks and <br />Recreation Committee to develop the program. Many alternatives were <br />considered and revisions made.
