Please be advised that the County shall inspect the work <br />as required and that the contractor shall request all inspections <br />as noted on the permit. <br />Below are the Land Development Permit conditions for Grand <br />Harbor Estuarine Area: <br />1) The Land Development Permit shall expire on April 15, <br />1988.' If at that time construction is not complete, the <br />Developer will submit to the Public Works Department a. - <br />revised Type B Stormwater Management and Flood Protection <br />Permit Application for review and approval including all <br />development areas within the Grand Harbor And River Club <br />projects that have been permitted for construction. <br />2) Detailed construction plans of the concrete bulkhead <br />structures shown on estuarine plan sheet 5 of 5 shall be <br />submitted to the Public Works Department for review and <br />approval within thirty days of Land Development Permit <br />approval. <br />3) Gifford Dock Road shall remain in its present condition <br />and location until proper abandonment of the old <br />right-of-way and dedication of the new right-of-way is <br />approved by the Board of County Commissioners, and until <br />the new road alignment is constructed, and inspected and <br />deemed acceptable by Public Works. <br />4) The construction of the estuarine area south of the <br />existing Gifford Dock Road shall not commence until all <br />approvals are given for relocation of Gifford Dock'Road. <br />5 ) The cut and fill waiver tor the Grand Harbor project is <br />limited to 646,000 cubic yards of fill and 320,000 cubic <br />yards of cut. Every six months from the date of issuance <br />of the Land Development Permit until the completion of <br />the estuarine area a tabulation of cut and fill <br />quantities shall be submitted to the Public Works <br />Department. <br />6) Silt screens, hay bales and grassing shall be required to <br />control erosion during and after construction. <br />7) This permit recognizes that permits issued by the Florida <br />D.E.R., St. Johns River Water Management District, U.S. <br />Army Corps of Engineers, and Florida D.N.R. contain <br />permit conditions. These conditions shall be monitored <br />for compliance and the developer is subject to State, <br />Federal and Local (ordinance) requirements. <br />APP g r ud S — BOOK 6 V [ KJE 9 <br />
