DISCUSSION RE FELLSMERE LIBRARY <br />Commissioner Eggert advised that the Board has already given <br />conceptual approval to the assistance plan, and pointed out that <br />it will not cost any more money than was budgeted for this year. <br />It looks like the City of Fellsmere will provide grounds and <br />building maintenance. The Historical Society is going to apply <br />for a grant for roof improvements and that type of thing. The <br />Women's Club will lease the building to the County at a very <br />nominal fee such as $1, and the County will be responsible for <br />utilities, insurance, and the hiring of one person whoiis already <br />in the Sebastian budget. Marion Turner has given us a reverse <br />cycle air conditioner. <br />Administrator Balczun wished to have it made clear that <br />utilities do not include water or sewer. <br />Commissioner Eggert wished to have the Board's permission to <br />have a lease prepared and proceed in this project. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously <br />authorized Commissioner Eggert to have a lease <br />prepared and proceed in this project. <br />INDIGENT HEALTH CARE TASK FORCE <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 516187: <br />41 <br />MAY 12 1987 BOOA <br />
