Scurlock <br />Chairman, Indian River County Commission <br />1840 25th Street <br />Vero Beach, Florida 32960 <br />Dear Commissioner Scurlock: <br />In accordance with 'a letter from former Mayor Jim Gallagher, <br />dated August 22, 1985, whereby the City Council of the City of <br />Sebastian agreed to transfer the use of the existing building <br />utilized by the library in the City (at U. S. #1 and Main Street) <br />it is hereby agreed as follows: That the Lessee in a lease between <br />the City of Sebastian, Florida and the Sebastian River Library <br />Association, Inc., shall be INDIAN RIVER COUNTY in lieu of the <br />former -Association. <br />This letter agreement shall constitute a mutually agreed amend- <br />ment to the said lease and tike effect hereof shall be to substitute <br />the County as lessee therein for all purposes.
