Chairman Scurlock noted that this was inadvertently put on <br />the consent agenda, and then it was pointed out that the original <br />lease between the Library and the City of Sebastian did not <br />provide for any assignment. In any event, County Attorney <br />Vitunac has advised that this is not the legal way to accomplish <br />the proposed transfer, and it will require a new lease. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously authorized <br />the County Attorney to draw up a new lease for the <br />Sebastian Library building. <br />E.
