21987 BOOK 68 F',�GE 481 <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />Since the final assessments to the benefited owners will be less <br />than computed on the preliminary assessment rolls, the only alternative <br />presented is to approve the final assessment rolls. <br />RECOMMENDATION AND FUNDING <br />It is recommended that the Final Assessment Rolls for the paving <br />of 6th Street be approved by the Board of County Commissioners and that <br />they be transferred to the Office of the Clerk to the Board for <br />collection. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously approved <br />Final Assessment Roll for the paving of 6th Avenue <br />between 12th and 14th Avenues and authorized transfer <br />of the Roll to the Office of Clerk to the Board for <br />collection at an interest rate of 120. <br />SAID ASSESSMENT ROLL IS ON FILE IN OFFICE OF CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />F.
