All <br />applicable County regulations for final plat approval have been <br />satisfied. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners grant <br />final plat approval for Old Sugar Mill Estates Unit 4, and accept <br />the submitted maintenance bond and the warranty -maintenance <br />agreement. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously (4-0) granted <br />Final Plat Approval for Old Sugar Mill Estates, Unit 4, <br />and accepted the maintenance bond and the warranty - <br />maintenance agreement. <br />(Copies of said bond and agreement are on file in Office of <br />Clerk to the Board. <br />E. Resolution - Staggered Terms for Members of Marine Advisory <br />Commissioner <br />The Board reviewed memo of Assistant County Attorney <br />Barkett: <br />TO: The Board of County Commissioners <br />DATE: June 5, 1987 <br />SUBJECT: Marine Advisory Board Resolution <br />FROM: Bruce Barkett` <br />Assistant County Attorney <br />At Commissioner Wheeler's request, it is suggested that <br />Resolution No. 87-22 be repealed and amended by the attached <br />Resolution which provides that the members of the Marine <br />Advisory Board shall serve staggered terms. <br />It is recommended that the Board adopt the attached <br />Resolution and authorize Commissioner Wheeler to return to <br />the Board with a recommendation as to which of the present <br />members of the Marine Advisory Board shall have terms which <br />expire one year from the date of appointment and which shall - <br />have terms `that expire two years from the date of <br />appointment. Thereafter new appointees shall serve two-year <br />terms. <br />4 <br />
