At their regular meeting on June 22, 1987, the Code Enforcement <br />Board held a compliance hearing for the Lattimore case. After <br />hearing evidence, the Code Enforcement Board granted a <br />continuance to respondent Lattimore, to allow a compliance date <br />of September 25, 1987, by which time Victory Park is schedule <br />to be complete, and Mr. Lattimore will have the opportunity to <br />relocate his family. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners concur <br />with the Code Enforcement Board's Order Granting Extension of <br />June 22, 1987, allowing Lorenzo Lattimore until Sepember 25, <br />1987 to relocate to Victory Park and remove the illegal mobile - <br />home from 8th Court S.W. off Oslo Road. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by _ <br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously approved <br />staff's recommendation as set out in the above memo. <br />F. Davis, P.E 7 ,j JON HORN UIST <br />„r REFERENCES: Q M • s • E . , To <br />Public Works Director JIM DAVIS DATED 6-2-87 <br />f <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />After -the park consultant (Mayes, Sudderth, and Etheredge) completed the Master <br />Plan for South County Regional Park, the County Finance Advisory Committee, <br />Parks Committee, and Board of County Commissioners recommended that 80 acres <br />be acquired instead of the previously planned 40 acres. Staff concurs with <br />the need to purchase 80 acres. <br />Mayes, Sudderth, and Etheredge, Inc. has agreed to revise the Park Master Plan <br />on the expanded proposed 80 acre site for the contract hourly fees and a not - <br />to -exceed cost of $2,000. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />Staff recognizes the need to have the Master Plan expanded to utilize the 80 <br />acre tract.
