4 <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Commis- <br />sioner Bird, the Board unanimously approved the Attorney's <br />recommendation and the OMB Director's recommendation, <br />i.e., authority to sign interim documents and go ahead <br />with the mini -closing with Bent Pine Utility, and authority <br />for the OMB Director to issue a $270,000 check to be <br />deposited into their escrow account, the funds to be taken <br />out of the Utility Impact Fee funds. <br />MSE AGTM4H1qT = ESCMWj TGF E 94ENT ARE ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK <br />TRANSPORTATION PLANNING COMMITTEE REPORT <br />Commissioner Bowman reviewed the following summary: <br />TRANSPORTATION PLANNING COMMITTEE <br />SUMMARY OF ACTIONS <br />September 9, 1987 MEETING <br />1. Pedestrian Access to Gifford Park: <br />The Committee recommends that a bikewalk not be provided <br />along 49th Street. Improvements to the 45th Street <br />sidewalk, and'a new sidewalk along the 43rd Avenue extension <br />are recommended to provide access. <br />2. Thoroughfare Plan Amendments: <br />The Committee unanimously recommends that the staff -proposed <br />amendments be approved: <br />a) Change the roadway functional classification <br />nomenclature, and <br />b) Develop a separate subdivision collector map, and add <br />three roads at this time. <br />A formal agenda item will be submitted after P&Z review. <br />3.
