Keatih#1 P PLAN AMENDMENT APPLICATIONS <br />Community Development Director <br />THRU : Gary Schindler _1 , <br />Chief, Long -Range Planning <br />FROM: David Nearing tC11 REFERENCES: <br />Staff Planner, Long -Range Planning <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at their <br />regular meeting of October 27, 1987. <br />DESCRIPTION & CONDITIONS <br />The Community Development Division received two Comprehensive <br />Plan amendment applications in July of 1987 and initiated ten <br />amendment applications, three at the request of the Public Works <br />Division. <br />The staff has reviewed these amendment applications and made <br />recommendations to the Planning and Zoning Commission which, <br />sitting as the Local Planning Agency, held public hearings on <br />September 10, 1987, to consider making recommendations on the <br />proposed amendments to the County's Comprehensive Plan. <br />66 <br />
