NINETEENTH: Lessor retains the right to conduct meetings <br />for the Fellsmere Library Association or its successor <br />organizations at all reasonable hours after reasonable notice to <br />lessee. <br />TWENTIETH: Any books belong to the lessor that remain on <br />the premises may be used by the lessee as part of the books of the <br />public library but the lessor shall retain title to all such books <br />during or after the term of the lease. Wheeler REFERENCES: <br />Commissioner <br />I have received numerous complaints from business people on 12th <br />Street in the vicinity of Old Dixie Avenue, and from people <br />traveling through that area. I would like to discuss the <br />possibility of the County Commission looking at some solution to <br />cleaning up and expediting construction of this project. With <br />the Christmas holidays and the increase in traffic, the situation <br />is becoming intolerable.
