Back in October, 1987, when the <br />Public Library Advisory Board ranked this property as the #1 <br />site, the asking price of the property was $130,000. Since that <br />time, the property has been offered for $78,000. <br />2) Chesser Gap (Sebastian General Partnership) This is a <br />planned residential project that involves about 52 acres. The <br />actual library site would be close to CR -512 near the entrance to <br />, the entire project. This residential project has received <br />conceptual site plan approval from the Planning Board in <br />Sebastian, but development is not as far along as the Sebastian <br />Lakes site. When this site was ranked #2, the asking price on <br />3.2 acres within the <br />site was <br />$166,000. <br />Since that <br />time, the owners <br />have offered a free <br />dedication <br />of 3.2 acres <br />anywhere <br />within the site. <br />
