which allows a library, and Mr. Boling confirmed that some of the
higher density, multiple -family classifications do allow a
library. However, there is some uncertainty at this time.
Chairman Scurlock noted that while the Grace Lutheran Church
is not on the tax rolls at present, the Catron property is, and
will bring in even more taxes when it is developed.
